The work to be performed on the quarters (Pine Ridge) consists of a new metal siding, new rain gutters at 36 units, attic insulation at 3 units, new one car garages at 16 units, new overhead garage doors at 9 units, new kitchen counter and cabinets at 5 units, new roofs at 13 units, new exterior foundation insulation at 35 units, and new smoke detectors, miscellaneous concrete walls and foundation, and patching of foundation walls. The work to be performed on the quarters (Wamblee) consists of the renovation to meet ADA requirements, replacement of windows, insulate attics, repair structural defects at 5 units, and the replacement of kitchen countertops and cabinets at 4 units. The work to be performed at the clinic (Wamblee) consists of window replacement, new walls, new basement exit, and HVAC modifications. The work to be performed at the clinic (Allen) consists of window replacement, ADA parking, replacement of furnace, and replacement of light. The plans and specifications use International System of Units (SI) metric equivalent measurements. Project completion time is estimated to be 180 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1 Million. -- The proposed contract listed herein is set aside for 51% Indian-owned, controlled, and operated firms under the authority of the Buy Indian Act. In accordance with the Public Health Service Acquisition Regulation Paragraph 380.503(e), not more than fifty (50) percent of the work to be performed under a prime contract awarded pursuant to the Buy Indian Act shall be subcontracted to other than Indian firms.
