T -- AUDIOTAPE DUPLICATION SERVICES SOL MDA113-Q-0127 POC Contact Fayette White, (909) 413-2416; Contracting Officer, Isabella Dunham, (909) 413-2411 This office requires duplication and delivery of regularly-scheduled weekly radio program units required for distribution to outlets of the Armed Forces Radio and Television Service (AFRTS) for a period of three months beginning 3 March 97. The material will be used for broadcasting via AFRTS radio stations overseas. All duplication will be accomplished on music-quality two-hour (C120) audio cassettes from 56 one-hour master tapes per week and music quality one-hour (C60) audio cassettes from 2 one-hour master tapes per three months. Master tapes are Government-furnished 11/4 inch tapes. An estimated 22,000 C120 audio cassettes and 180 C60 audio cassettes will be duplicated during the three-month period. Contractor-furnished supplies required to perform services include Government-approved, high-quality industrial/professional type audio cassettes (tapes and shells) with plastic protective cases, cassette labels for both sides, and cardboard shipping containers. Services also include inspection of masters, labelling, packaging, sealing, weighing, postage metering, delivery to the nearest distribution center of the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.), and return of master tapes. Required delivery is 14 days from the date of receipt of master tapes to the date duplications are delivered to U.S.P.S. Performance is required to start 3 Mar 97 and quotations are required by 14 Feb 97. See Note 9. (0031)
