The unit is to be electric driven, self contained, skid mounted with all necessary filters, dryers, and instruments to deliver 4500 PSI, oil free air at a dew point of 20 degrees F at 4500 PSi (-60 degrees F at atmosphere). The compressor stages shall not be oil lubricated and crankcase oil shall be prevented from entering the compressor stages. The Motor is to be a 460VAC, 3 Phase, 60 cycle, the starter is to be a pre-wired, Y-delta, closed transition type. The motor to be suited for outdoor operation in 0 degrees F temperatures without the need for additional shelter. The motor is to be air cooled. Maintenance is to be provided by the contractor at no additional charge. The contractor shall be responsible for on site start up and all and to provide oil change, filters, lubricant, coolant, etc, except for daily check of liquid levels. The contractor shall provide firm fixed price regardless of the hours used.All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
