(3) What are your billing terms?Statement of Work for RTware, Inc. to Port ControlCalc to Microsoft Windows NT Period of Performance: Six months from award of contract. Ownership: RTware, Inc. will retain full and sole ownership of the ControlCalc application, including any and all features developed under this contract. Description of Work: RTware, Inc. will develop a Windows NT hosted ControlCalc system that will be able to automatically import and run the existing AFLCS applicatio! ns with equivalent performance, fe atures and functionality. This includes all graphical displays and attachments, spreadsheet data and logic, I/O functions, and auto-scanning capabilities. The resulting ControlCalc system will support enhancements including multi-user graphics using a client-server model, a complete Windows-compatible spreadsheet and graphics editor, and integration into the NISE EAST Video Information Distribution System (VIDS) application environment. Deliverable Products: RTware shall provide the following deliverables under this SOW: 1. Complete and working NT-compatible version of ControlCalc as described above. 2. Two development licenses for the resulting NT-compatible version of ControlCalc. Each development license shall include on-line documentation equivalent to the existing ControlCalc User's Guide and ControlCalc Reference Manual. 3. 62 run-time licenses for the resulting NT-compatible version of ControlCalc. No associated documentation will be required for the run-time licenses! . Milestones: Two Months: Delivery of NT ControlCalc software capable of importing and running existing AFLCS spreadsheets without any graphical user interface. This requires the following specific capabilities: 1. ControlCalc spreadsheet with ability to auto-run multiple scans with the complete set of ControlCalc spreadsheet functions. 2. I/O from the AFLCS Optomux serial network using IO_CMD functions. 3. ControlCalc Macro cells. Four Months: Delivery of NT ControlCalc software capable of importing and running the existing AFLCS applications with their existing single-user, local, graphical user interfaces. This requires the following specific capabilities: 1. Import and display all G-Windows gadgets used by current AFLCS graphical displays. 2. Arrays of Gadgets and spreadsheet attachment thereof. 3. Indexed attachments of gadgets to the spreadsheet. 4. Color animation via attachment to a spreadsheet CLUT table. 5. Direct input of the Wave-Off signal. Six Months: Delivery of NT ControlCalc software, with m! ulti-user graphics, GUI editing ca pabilities sufficient to create new AFLCS displays, and the ability to integrate into the VIDS environment. This requires the following specific capabilities: 1. Multi-User graphics: a. Remote graphics scans. b. Password/Login support. 2. GUI Editing: a. Multiple select and drag. b. Polygon editor, including invert, rotate, stretch and align. c. Transparent color. d. Cut and paste between windows. e. Image support. f. Hot-spot gadget. 3. VIDS Integration: a. Start/Stop AFLCS GUI sessions from the VIDS control panel. b. Support limiting windows sizes to a specific region of the screen. c. Re-scale windows to 640x480, if still required by VIDS at the time. d. Provide capability of more than one user viewing AFLCS utlizing the token-passing scheme (objective). (0030)
