The Government anticipates negotiating and entering into a contract on a sole source basis with Sony Electronics Inc, 9901 Business Parkway, Lanham, MD 20706 and/or their authorized distributors, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The solicitation package will be issued approximately fifteen (15) days after publication of this notice.
