Bechtel National, Inc., acting as agents for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the Chemical Stockpile Disposal Program (CSDP) is seeking sources to provide one RHA Fill Station with options for an additional three RHA Fill Stations. The fill station system consists of two waste bin tilters (inverters) and dustless retractable loading chutes, one common dust collector, blower, controls system, hydraulic power unit or air systems, and mounting platform with stairs and rails. The system shall be capable of transferring material from 70 cubic foot waste bins to a 10 ton rolloff (transport) container. The waste bins will be loaded into the fill station by forklift. The forklift waste bin and transport containers are not part of this solicitation. Delivery will be required approximately 30 weeks after award. The procurement is unrestricted with regard to business size. The solicitation will be issued approximately 20 March 1997 with a closing 45 days thereafter.
