Prospective bidders shall have knowledge and experience with fire protection systems such as Honeywell FS-90, Edwards, Notifier and Simplex. This service contract shall require the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, supervision, management, tools, transportation, and supplies for the complete preventive maintenance and repair, testing and documentation, of the fire protection system located at the John Cochran Division. Contract will be for a base period of one year beginning April 1, 1997 through March 31, 1998, with option to extend four (4) additional one year periods.
