NOTICE: INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITIY FOR THE REMOVAL OF
UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS AND INSTALLATION OF GOVERNMENT FURNISHED
ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANKS (AST), VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN OREGON. Provide
all labor, material, oversite, and equipment necessary to remove
underground storage tanks (UST) and to install Government furnished
above- ground storage tanks (AST) as indicated in each delivery order.
The work includes, but is not limited to the following: (1) remove and
recycle the underground storage tanks, all associated piping, and
ancillary equipment; deadman or holding pads underneath the underground
storage tanks to remain (2) soil, and groundwater sampling, and testing
for each UST excavation (3) backfill, cleanup, and site restoration (4)
install government furnished aboveground storage tanks (5) UST closure
documentation (6) over excavation/disposal of contaminated soil.
Estimated cost range of this project is between $100,000.00 and
$250,000.00. Charge for solicitation package is $25 per package. Phone

Utilization has programs to assist minority, women owned and
disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working
capital and bonding assistance for transportation-related contracts.
Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at
prime interest rates up to $500,000 per contract to provide accounts
receivable financing. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms
to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $500,000 per
contract. DOT provides and 80 percent guaranty on the bond amount to a
