The work includes renovation within each individual quarters including: vanity and countertop replacement; front door and toilet door replacement; floor tile replacements; ceiling tile replacement; insulation at underside of structural deck; incidental ceramic tile replacement; interior painting throughout, repainting of exterior metal frames and replacement of toilet accessories. Renovation within office and recreation areas shall include replacement of window walls with insulated wall system, reconfiguration of lower floor toilet to be handicapped accessible, and replacement of finishes throughout.
