Phase II includes the circuits of the south and west portions of Fort Douglas. Phase III includes the system loop, tie circuit and involves the main entrance areas to Fort Douglas and the buildings included in that area. Work involves pole placement, transformer replacement, and some new concrete encased duct work. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 1623. The size standard for this SIC code is: $17.0 million. Estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Plans and specifications for this project must be ordered by the CUT OFF DATE of 20 Feb 97 to ensure receipt of bid sets at a cost of $10.00 for specifications (text only); and $6.00 for half-size drawings. Full size drawings are not available. Orders received after the CUT OFF DATE will not be honored. Plans and specifications will be mailed out on or about 28 Feb 1997. Because a limited number of sets will be reproduced, copies are limited to one set per firm.
