S. Government Air Force property. New housing unit design and construction to include grading, support utilities, roads, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, bus shelters, tot lots, jogging paths, fences, landscaping, mechanical and electrical systems. Demolition of existing housing will require asbestos surveys, abatement, and disposal. ADAL work to the Housing Maintenance Facility requires concrete work, paving, fencing, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, exterior and interior architectural finishes, overhead doors, support utilities, and mechanical and electrical systems. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or about 10 February 1997 with technical and cost proposals due 18 April 1997. The magnitude of construction is between $10 million to $25 million. The costs of plans and specifications is $210.00. This charge is nonrefundable.
