There are 3 Option Items: Option 1, all work associated with the additional concrete paving as described on the drawings. Work includes concrete reinforcement, pad preparation, fill, etc. Option 2, all work associated with the brick pier/wood slat fence and gates located around the concrete paved area. Option 3, all work associated with landscaping the site. There will be 90 days to exercise 3 Bid Options. Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the Government's best interests, the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
