The preferred area is within the geneal vicinity of the existing Freeport, ME Post Office. The space requirements are 6,500 sq. ft. net interior space; 26,500 sq.ft. driveway, parking & maneuvering; 576 sq.ft platform; and 88,350 sq.ft. minimum site size. The lease term is for 20 years with three 5-year renewal options. Proposals will be received trhough March 7, 1997, and must be submitted by principals only, on specified forms and in accordance with the official advertisement for space.
