The U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office (DOE-RL) plans to award a contract to Project Assistance Corporation (PAC). The work to be performed is to provide Activity Based Cost estimates and Critical Analyses of selected projects at the Hanford Site. The purpose of this action is to provide continuity of support to projects in process by the incumbent contractor at the Hanford Site, and to cover anticipated program needs during Fiscal Year 1997 (September 30) while DOE-RL conducts a competitive acquisition of a new follow-on contract.
