The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for construction of a new Main Post Office in Canton, GA on a site located at the east side of Riverstone Parkway, 1200 feet north of GA Hwy 5. The building will have approximately 31,297 gross SF. Construction features include steel frame construction, brick veneer, concrete, masonry, carpentry, modified bitumen roofing, insulation, hollow metal doors, metal studs, gyp board, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, vinyl composition tile flooring, carpet, painting, store fixtures, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, and other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $2,790,000 and $3,255,000 with completion within 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
