Furnish flight services, fully contractor operated and maintained, consisting of one (1) DeHavilland DHC-6-300 Twin Otter, or equal aircraft, in support of the Bureau of Land Management Smokejumper program for the approximate period of May 19, 1997, to August 23, 1997.
