McGhee, (97M46), Source Development Analyst, 912-926-5871 This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a Sources Sought Synopsis to identify sources that can provide and install a public address and background music/paging system at Robins Air Force Base Officers' Club. This equipment must be new, off-the-shelf commercial equipment and the design must be simple enough for non-technical personnel to operate. The existing equipment /speakers must be removed before new equipment can be installed. The public address and background music paging system must be installed to cover the entire Officers' Club. There are 6 areas in the club that must have a master on/off switch with the capability to select public address or background music/paging. The sound must be balanced and free of distortion, hum and echo. The Officers' Club staff must be trained by the contractor on equipment operation. The extent of the work for this requirement is based on 3 different packages outlined in the statement of work. Respondents to this Market Survey will be sent copies of a draft Statement of Work and a scaled drawing of the Officers' Club. Contractors must provide an approved DD Form 2345 with their request to obtain this information. Contractors may obtain a DD Form 2345 Certification by contacting the Defense Logistics Service Center, at 1-800-352-3572.
