The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Marine Fisheries Service, Northeast Region, Gloucester, Massachusetts has a requirment for services necessary to provide Data Entry of Fishing Vessel Trip Reports (FVTR). This services will also include: Receive, open and date stamp mail; Review and sort reports; Mail out log books and participate in mass mailing of reports. All reports shall be scanned into the imaging system. Each report scanned into the system shall be retrieved and additional information keyed. The period of performance is April 1, 1997 thru March 31, 1998 with two one-year options. The requirment is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Offers from concerns other than Small Business are not solicited. Copies of the solicitation will only be provided in response to written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor.
