The objective of this proposed contract action is to obtain technical support for Configuration Management (CM), Data Management (DM) and Engineering Services for the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL), including engineering, systems analysis, data analysis, design, system process control, software maintenance, documentation, technical drafting, information and demonstration services for both hardware and computer software relating to CM/DM activities. The Contractor must have a facility and perform the work within a 50 mile radius of the Army Research Laboratory located in Adelphi, MD, so that immediate response and 24 hour turnaround of work can be provided by courier pick-up and delivery. This RFP will result in a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (Term) contract. The anticipated level of effort for the sixty (60) month effort is approximately 341,000 man hours.
