The contractor shall be responsible for all required permits and licenses for the proper transportation, per applicable regulatory requirements and disposal of this type of hazardous waste. The sacks are located at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Fairton, NJ. The contractor will have 120 calendar days to perform the work.
