Force, Jr., M.D., for the purpose of increasing the maximum quantity under existing Contract Number 0600-95-21048 for Medical Consultant Services in the Specialty of Pediatrics. The period of performance shall be date of award of the modification to the contract through May 31, 1999. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302- 1(a)(2), a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition detailing the fact that Dr. Force is the only known responsible source who can satisfy SSA's requirement was approved on 12/18/96.
