J -- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE, PROVIDE MAINTENANCE TO HVAC EQUIPMENT LOCATED WITHIN BUILDING 052 OF THE NATIONAL NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER, BETHESDA, MD SOL N68925-95-Q-A655 DUE 021497 POC Paul Heavey, Contract Specialist, (202) 685-8274. This is a combination Firm Fixed-Priced and Indefinite Quantity contract for the labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, management and supervision as necessary to perform scheduled maintenance on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment systems and all associated sub-systems, within Building 052 National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. The work shall include preventative maintenance, and inspections (PMI), routine and emergency servcie calls, and repair work. This is a proposed one year contract with options up to 24 months. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1711. The proposed contract is 100% Small Business Set-aside. Estimated issue date is on or about 27 January 1997. Solicitation must be requested in writing.
