A firm fixed price contract for A-E Design Services for Type A Services and Type B Services with Type C Services to be exercised as an option upon negotiations with the Contracting Officer. This contract will be for a 12-month period and will contain an option to extend for an additional 12-months. All interested and responsible contractors which can meet the requirements are invited to submit a current A-E Related Services Questionnaire (SF 254) and A-E Related Services Questionnaire for this specific project (SF 255), on close of business 24 Feb 97. The contract will contain a minimum guarantee of $1,000. The anticipated award time is on or about July 1997 and performace will begin on or about August 1997. Cumulative amount of all devliery order, to include option year, will not exceed $480,000. Individual orders will not exceed $300,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8712.
