75 -- 75 -- ALPHA/NUMBERIC AND MICR RIBBONS SOL RFP-FMS-97-0003 POC Anthony Rowell, Contract Specialist, Room 456D. The Financial Management Service requires the supply of 89,415 Alpha/Numeric ribbons, black ink, 15" (38.1 cm) wide, multistrike, 92 Gauge Polyester and 41,100 MICR ribbons, black ink, 13-1/4" (33.655 cm) wide, 65 Gauge Polyethylene. The ribbons will be used on a Troy CF0480 Checkprinting system. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the following locations throughout the US: Austin, TX, Birmingham, AL, Chicago, IL, Kansas City, KS, Philadelphia, PA, and San Fransisco, CA. Delivery shall begin in October 1997 and run through September 1998 with two option years. The apparent awardee must pass a testing requirement prior to receiving award of the contract.
