Hawkins, Contracting Officer 601/377-8581 The work includes but is not limited to: The removal of three existing main feeder circuits (conduits and wires, breakers will remain in switchgear), two manual transfer switches and one sub panel. Replacement of one main sub-panel and new feeder circuit to one existing sub-panel in vault #2 from new sub-panel in vault #1. Installation of new automatic transfer switch to be located in vault #1 and 350 kw generator to be located on east quay wall. New feeder, control wiring, battery charger, block heater and damp chaser circuits, to be run in east utility trench. Core drilling of concrete wall and deck, modifying steel grating and concrete grout to seal around condutis after installation. Installation of concrete berm, around generator with manual lockable, drain valve to drain berm into existing utility trench. Re-routing and or replacement of various conduits and wiring to make the complete system. Complete start up and operational testing. Material and work not specifically mentioned herein but necessary for proper completion of the work shall be furnished by the contractor without additional cost to the Government.
