S -- PROVIDE CONTRACTOR OWNED-CONTRACTOR OPERATED LAUNDRY/PLANT FACILITY TO PERFORM LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR FORT RUCKER, ALABAMA SOL DABT01-97-B-0004 DUE 031897 POC Contract Specialist CHARLOTTE CORKRAN (334) 255-1521 (Site Code DABT01) The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies, vehicles, transportation, tools and equipment to provide a contractor owned-contractor operated (COCO) laundry/plant facility to perform Laundry Services for Fort Rucker, Alabama. COCO laundry service will be for Hospital and Bulk Organizational Service under Schedule I or Hospital, Bulk Organizational 33 Hour and 72 Hour Individual Piece Rate Cash, 72 Hour -- 18 piece and 72 Hour -- 10 Piece Cash Bundle Service under Schedule II. Multiple awards will not be made for this contract. The contract period is 01 October 1997 through 30 September 1998 with two, one year option periods for 01 October 1998 through 30 September 1999 and second year option for 01 October 1999 through 30 September 2000. Anticipated issue date on/about 17 FEB 97 with bid opening on/about 18 MAR 97.
