The contractor shall: clean and enter 1996 data, construct frequency tables, generate report of analyses to disseminate to Title IV projects, create site-specific reports and create a final frequency tables. According to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, the Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ABT Associates, 4800 Montgomery Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814. ABT Associates is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is six months.
