Thomas, 706-731-7176 Provide two (2) perfusionists; the principal one certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion and the other to be eligible for certification with certification completed within one (1) year, for VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia. Perfusion services to include an estimated total of 130 open heart procedures, 150 angioplasty procedures and 50 cell savers. Services required seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day, with on-call duty required; response time will not exceed 1 hour. Contract period is April 1, 1997 through March 31, 1998, with one (1) year option to extend. Anticipated issue date is on or about February 3, 1997. Requests for solicitations must be in writing.
