Military Munitions Rule Training Program and Part II. Management of Environmental Hazardous Waste-Class V. This work will entail the development and delivery, through platform instruction, of a training program on the Military Munitions Rule (MMR). Also, a Management of Environmental Hazardous Waste-Class V Program shall be organized, implemented, and administered. No solicitation is available.
