The Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate, Ft Belvoir, VA is conducting a world wide market survey of vendors who shall provide the U.S. Army with a afocal assembly for NV-80 Kit. The afocal assembly must be a non-developmental item and must mate with the NV-80 B-Kit. Vendors must have a broad experience in the field of afocal assemblies as well as adequate fabrication and test facilities to warrant pre-production testing and limited procurement of Afocal Assemblies. For consideration, each of the above elements must be individually addressed by all respondents. Data to include prior testing of the afocal assembly must be furnished to support responsiveness to the non-developmental effort. The Government will provide for pre-production testing and resultant acquisition of the afocal assembly. (0014)
