The structures shall be constructed of concrete, masonry, and steel with steel standing seam roofs and EPDM roofing, exterior insulation and finish system walls, steel doors and frames, aluminum doors and windows, elastomeric sheet and fluid-applied waterproofing, board and batt insulation, gypsum wallboard, ceramic tile, carpet, resilient flooring, painting, toilet accessories, trash chutes, residential casework and kitchen equipment, elevators, air conditioning, boilers, plumbing, electrical work, telephone system, fire alarm, fire sprinkler system, and related other materials and systems. The work shall include the REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS, LEAD-CONTAINING PAINT, CONTAMINATED SOIL AND WATER. Site work shall include removal and clearing, earthwork, utilities, asphalt and concrete pavements, landscaping and irrigation, and incidental related work. Estimated cost is between $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. The performance period is 600 calendar days for the entire project. The SIC code for this procurement is 1522 and the annual size standard is $17 million. This procurement is unrestricted.
