This olicitation contains an option clause to extend the contract for the following four (4) one (1) year periods: 01 January 1998 through 31 December 1998, 01 January 1999 through 31 December 1999, 01 January 2000 through 31 December 2000, and 01 January 2001 hrough 31 December 2001. The approximate issue date will be 28 January 1997. The closing date will be approximately 27 February 1997 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time.
