The Department of the Army has a requirement for services to stabilize neutralized Lewisite and to dispose of it, along with other associated wastes and materials generated during the Lewisite neutralization and stabilization processes at the US Army Chemical Agent Munitions Disposal System (CAMDS) at Deseret Chemical Depot, Tooele, Utah. The acquisition will be accomplished by Two-Step Sealed Bidding in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 14.5. Step One will consist of submission of technical proposals. Step Two will consist of an Invitation for Bids and offers will be accepted only from those firms who have submitted acceptable technical proposals pursuant to Step One. Technical proposal format and evaluation factors will be available within 7 days of this notice and will be provided upon written requests.
