Contractor shall prepare Data Collection, Instrument Control and Data Analysis Software Package for an Atomika ADIDA 3000 (SIMS) System. Contractor shall furnish all necessary engineering, labor, materials, supplies, facilities, and services required for the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of a data collection system and analysis software. Contractor shall deliver data collection system and analysis software which meets specifications to the technical representative. It is the intent of the government to award this contract to Livsey Analytical Supplies Inc., Stewartstown, Philadelphia based on the fact that the software is a component of the SIMS and Livsey Analytical and they are the only known company that provides software that operates on the existing system. An extensive market survey reveals that there are similar software packages available, but they all fail to meet compatibility requirements and cannot be used with the existing system components nor with the existing data.
