Job Order Contract (JOC) for a broad range of maintenance repair, and a wide variety of minor construction tasks at Fort Bliss, TX, in support of the Directorate of Public Works and Logistics. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract on which individual task orders will be issued. The Contractor will be required to furnish materials, equipment and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish the tasks. Task orders include tasks in a variety of trades such as carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, demolition, concrete, masonry, and welding. The duration of the contract will initially be a 12-month period, with options for 4 one-year extensions. The minimum guaranteed amount for the initial 12-month period is $200,000 and the maximum amount for the same period is $10M. A bid bond in the amount of $200,000 will be required. The specifications have been placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Specifications will not be provided in a printed paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
