Concerns having the ability for providing a Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Those individuals having the capbility to provide this service shall give written notification to the contracting office listed in this notice (including phone number and point of contact). Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Dayton, Ohio area. Estimated number of mandays are 14,745 (13,714 male and 1,032 female) for the base period, and 7,595 mandays (7,063 male and 532 female) for option years 1, 7,747 mandays (7,205 males and 542 female) for option year 2, and 7,902 mandays (7,349 male and 553 female) for option year 3. Estimated issuedate is o/a 02/10/97. Estimated closing date is o/a 04/10/97. Contract base period is two years with three one year options to renew.
