The Navy Public Works Center, Washington D.C., has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Management for National Naval Information Management Center (NMIMC) located within the National Naval Medical Centet, 8901 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, Md. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision to provide Grounds Maintenance and Management Services. The services provided will continually maintain all areas in a well groomed and freshly manicured condition. This contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for one (1) year with four (4) option years. Estimate date of issue 15 January 1997. Solicitation must be requested in writing.
