S -- BASE CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT HARRISBURG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT -- 193D SOL DAHA36-97-B-3003 DUE 012497 POC Contracting Officer Msgt Charles R. Bishop, (717) 948-2360. Provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to provide custodial services to all military facilities at the 193D Special Operations Wing, Harrisburg International Airport, Middletown, Pennsylvania. The contractor shall provide sufficient personnel, equipment, and all materials and supplies to clean the facilities as specified in the Custodial Contract. Services shall include, but is not limited to, cleaning tile and carpet flooring and cove base, cleaning restrooms and locker rooms, emptying trash containers into dumpster. The cleaning shall include regular cleaning to maintain the facilities and semi-annual or annual cleaning such as stripping floors and shampooing carpets. The work shall be accomplished during the regular scheduled work day, 0700 to 1630 hours, Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining a quality inspection program. The Government will spot inspect work items to ensure compliance. This contract is anticipated to run for the balance of this fiscal year with four option years. Estimated base project range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Solicitations is expected to be available o/a 24 January 1997.
