R -- FEDLINK INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SERVICES DELIVERY ORDER SOL CIDS/DG POC Joan McCoy, Contract Specialist. The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with Database Technologies, Inc. for the use and access of their services by U.S. Department of State, Washington, DC. Database Technologies provides an online database service for investigative research primarily in law enforcement, legal services, insurance and news media. The service accesses both public and commercially available property, tax, death, vehicle and residential records. Service will be continued through September 30, 1997. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No telephone calls will be accepted.
