Sources are sought for a follow-on contract to provide accredited college instruction leading to award of Masters degrees at overseas military installations in the Pacific Area. Graduate degrees and programs desired are Community Services; Systems Management; Education; Counseling and Personnel Services; International Relations/Government With An Emphasis in Pacific Studies; Master of Business Administration; Professional Aeronautics; Doctorate in Education; Public Administration; Economics; and Human Relations. The basic period of performance will be 01 September 1998 -- 31 August 1999 with four one year options to extend the contract through 31 July 2003. Final solicitations will be issued on or about 13 January 1997 and will close on or about 23 May 1997. A site visit to selected locations in Korea, Okinawa, and Mainland Japan is scheduled from 29 March 1997 -- 11 April 1997. Questions must be submitted in writing NO LATER THAN 03 February 1997.
