This project shall include but shall not be limited to: Remove the existing scale, backfill the existing pit, pour additional shallow pit at one end, provide concrete foundation for new 70' x 10' scale, and replace with a 70' x 10' full electronic scale. Issue date O/A 15 days after date of publication with quotes due 15 days after issue -- Exact closing date and time will be in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Estimated cost range between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period will be 100 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Request for copies of solicitations must reference the solicitation number and must be in writing. No copies of the RFQ will be faxed. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed price purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, utilizing FAR Part 13.
