This Request for Proposal (RFP)/Solicitation will be made available upon request to all offerors that respond no later than 1:00 P.M. local time 10 February 1997. This RFP is for a Multiplex Theatre Operation that will be open to the public. These services include the renovation, construction as required, to convert a two movie theatre building into a multiple theatre operation with restaurant and game rooms in accordance with the terms and provisions of the RFP. Offerors will be required to attend an on site visit and prepro-posal conference at 10:00 A.M. 13 February 1997.
