The contract resulting from this acquisition will be awarded to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors. The price is estimated to be between $25, 000 and $100, 000.00. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract.
