This order will include materials and services necessary to replace the carpet in the E6 aircraft during aircraft modification. This order will be issued on a sole source basis to Chrysler Technologies Airborne Systems, Inc. (CTAS), P.O. Box 154580, Waco, TX 76715-4580.
