The device must be small, lightweight, an safe to operate by the individual soldier. Testing of the unit will be performed at the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and no additional support from the supplier is aniticpated. There is no current commitment on the part of the US Army to award a conract as a result of this request for information nor to pay for the information received.
