Westinghouse Savannah River Company (WSRC), management and operating contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Savannah River Site near Aiken, South Carolina, is seeking offers from the public for possible licensing of the ``Depth Discrete Sampling Port.'' This invention is a device which enables the collection of vapor and liquid samples at different depth locations in a single well installation. Respondents will be provided with a technical brief and instructions for submission of a business plan, an integral part of the license application. Applicants will be considered based upon the quality of business plans received. Responses to this notice must be received by December 22, 1996.
