The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for Night Vision Annunciator Filters to be used for various Warning/Caution/Advisory (W/C/A) displays in the F-14 aircraft. The Annunciator Filters shall meet the following requirments: An ambient temperature range of -54 degrees Celsius to 71 degrees Celsius; Intermittent operational temperatures up to 170 degrees Celsius; Operational altitudes from 0 to 70,000 feet; Specified requirements of MIL-L-85762A. Other optical, mechanical, and environmental requirements for the individual Annunciator Filters will be described further in the solicitation. Production ready drawings are required. This purchase will be made on an unrestricted basis. Delivery is required within 98 days after receipt of order to NAWCAD, Patuxent River, MD 20670-5304. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this procurement is 3823. An Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract is anticipated. Award will be made to the offeror that provides the Best Value to the Government. Evaluation criteria are: Past Performance and Technical Ability.
