The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a need to renew CDB Infotek on-line data services for Fiscal Year (FY) 1997, by placing a delivery order against the Library of Congress/Fedlink Basic Ordering Agreement--The FBI intends to renew the Subscription with CBD Infotek for the continued services to locate individuals, to perform background checks on companies and determine the relationships between businesses and individuals as related to civil, criminal, and financial investigations. CBD Infotek is a provider of on-line investigative public record information. Over 2.5 billion local, regional and national records are accessible virtually 24 hours a day using a computer and modem. It is believed that there is no other sources capable of providing the required services.
