The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for the services of twelve (12) Dental Hygienists (with options for 28 additional dental hygienists) at the Naval Dental Center, San Diego, CA or its Branch Dental Clinics located at Monterey, Point Mugu, Port Hueneme, China Lake, San Francisco, Lemoore, CA and/or Fallon, NV. A firm fixed-price personal service contract is contemplated. The period of performance will be from 1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998 and will include four-12 month option periods.
