Description of content: The Purpose is to establish the technical specifications and supply and identification conditions to be fulfilled by cement in order to be approved for use in construction works as well as by ready-mixed concrete plants and manufacturers of construction products that include cement, and also, where required, the sampling procedures and testing methods to check compliance with these specifications. 7. Objective and rationale: To revise the current instruction (RC-93) in order to adapt it to the present state of technology on the basis of the experience gained. 8. Relevant documents: Royal Decree 823/93 of 28 May approving the Instruction for the Approval of Cement. 9. Proposed date of adoption: Proposed date of entry into force: To be determined. 10.
